It's been nearly three months since we last wrote you,

Getting ready to leave the Catskills and all.

It was beautiful at our campground in upstate New York

Where we worked and just had a ball.

Heading south we struck out for Virginia,

And then on down to fair Tennessee.

Found our way to the park, "Raccoon Valley,"

A place to park, rest, sightsee and just "be."

We saw Cumberland Gap, the Appalachian museum,

And an old mountain settlement called Cade's Cove.

Took a trip through some old coal mining country

Attended several musical "jam" sessions, by jove.

Left out coach there and flew West to see family,

Got our hearts, teeth and eyes checked once again.

It's nice to have familiar places to go back to.

Had Thanksgiving with some wonderful friends.

Back to pick up the coach and go further south

To spend time in sunny Florida is this winter's goal.

We are currently in a park close to Bushnell

And have applied at Disney World in Orlando.

We wish you blessed events over Christmas

And a new year just full of good times.

We will touch base in the weeks just ahead

From the sunny warm Florida climes.
